WHO IS KARDA RACING

Based in Boorloo on Whadjuk Boodja, Karda Racing draws its name from the Noongar word ‘Karda’ for Goanna.
Karda Racing’s key values align with the Goanna known for its Wisdom, Perception, Observation and Strategy, these values are at the heart of our training and racing program.

Providing a pathway for Aboriginal Youth into motorsport;
Build skills to expose Aboriginal Youth to motorsport and a career in the automative industry,
Build and promote a sense of Identity, Purpose and Belonging as Aboriginal youth and Team;
Educate not only the participants but the community on safe motorsports.
Incorporate Aboriginal cultural practices and values into the training, helping youth connect their heritage with modern skills and industries;
Focus on the overall well-being of the participants by promoting physical fitness, mental health, and teamwork alongside technical skills; and
Provide clear pathways to employment or further education in motorsports or the automotive industry, including apprenticeships and job placements.
